Return Policy

At RMR Super Mart, customer satisfaction is important to us. We have a simple and transparent return policy.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 3- days from the date of purchase.

Only products in their original packaging, unused, and with a valid receipt are eligible for return.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items
Fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, frozen foods, and other perishable items.

Opened or damaged packaging of groceries and household products.

Items sold under clearance or special discount.

2.3 Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Exchanges are possible for eligible products of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by customer).
